Registered Nurse - House Supervisor

Location: Sunnyside, Washington
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Night (3 shifts per week, 12 hours each, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM)
Hours per Week: 36

Job Summary

• Position: RN House Supervisor
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required

Required Certifications

• Current Washington RN license (or compact license with additional WA state requirements)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

Required Background Checks & Verifications

• 10-year criminal background check including SSN trace, alias/name changes, statewide and national checks
• EPLS/GSA/SAM check
• HHS/OIG check
• Education verification
• Washington State Patrol (WSP/WATCH) search within 30 days of start
• Employment history verification covering all states lived/worked in the last 10 years

Health & Immunization Requirements

• Physical exam with physician-signed health statement within 1 year of start
• Fit testing for N95 mask (performed onsite; required for TB isolation care)
• Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap vaccine or signed declination
• Negative TB test (QGold or T-SPOT within 30 days of start; chest X-ray if positive)
• Annual TB questionnaire
• Immunity or vaccination documentation for:

  • Measles (Rubeola)
  • Mumps
  • Rubella
  • Hepatitis B
  • Varicella (Chickenpox)
• 12-panel drug screen within 30 days of start (no instant tests accepted)
• Seasonal flu vaccination or signed declination by November 1 (mask required if declined)

Additional Requirements

• Photo for badge (headshot on plain white background)
• Signed Code of Conduct Acknowledgement
• Completion of new employee orientation and onboarding documents prior to start
• Three recent employment references
• Employment application including all states lived/worked in

Requirements/Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Washington
• Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a House Supervisor
• House Supervisor experience within the last year
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
