Description

Registered Nurse - ER (Travel/Contract)

Location: Medford, Oregon
Shift: Night (3 shifts per week, 12 hours each, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
Contract Length: 13 weeks


Job Details

  • Unit: Emergency Room (ER)
  • Patient Ratio: 1:4
  • Block schedules required
  • Weekends required as needed
  • No floating between units
  • No on-call required
  • Facility Type: Short Term Acute Care
  • Total Beds: 108
  • Charting System: Epic
  • Parking: No fee

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oregon
  • Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department (ED) experience, with ED experience within the last year
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Certifications:
    • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) issued by American Heart Association or Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation
    • BLS (Basic Life Support) issued by American Heart Association or Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation
    • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) issued by American Heart Association or Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation
    • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure)

Additional Requirements

  • Passport-style badge photo with neutral background
  • Completion of annual regulatory and specialty-specific training modules via LMS (Workramp)
  • WA Multi-State Licensed Nurses Demographic Attestation if working with an out-of-state compact license in Washington (if applicable)
  • Float policy acknowledgement (may be required to float to other nearby facilities)

Notes

  • Prior travel experience is not required for this position.
  • No 48-hour shifts approved.
  • Scrub color is flexible for RNs; scrubs provided for OR, Critical Care, ED, PACU, and Maternal Child units.
  • No pay or billing information included.

This position is ideal for a Registered Nurse with ER experience seeking a 13-week travel contract in Oregon, working night shifts with a consistent patient ratio and block scheduling.
