Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - BMT Unit

Location: Aurora, Colorado
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Work on a 51-bed Blood and Marrow Transplant (BMT) unit caring for patients with blood cancers receiving chemotherapy, biotherapies, stem cell transplants, and CAR-T therapies.
Shifts available: Night (3x12 hours, 7 PM - 7 AM) or Day (3x12 hours, 7 AM - 7 PM).
Nurse-to-patient ratios typically 3-4:1 but may flex based on staffing and unit needs.
Floating required within scope between BMT/Oncology and Cellular Therapy Unit (CTU) and possibly to sister facilities in the metro region.
Charting system: Epic.
Scrub color: Navy.
Weekend work required as per unit needs.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Colorado.
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
Minimum 2 years of Bone Marrow Transplant experience, with at least some experience within the last year.
Hematology experience.
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association.
