Occupational Therapist

Location: Coeur d'Alene, Idaho
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Sunday through Wednesday, 10-hour day shift (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
Patient Load:

• Outpatient: 7-8 patients per day
• Inpatient: 4 patients twice a day

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar setting
• Graduate of a nationally accredited school of Occupational Therapy
• Current Idaho Occupational Therapy License
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Onboarding Requirements

• COVID-19 vaccine
• Proof of MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza (seasonal, Oct 1 – Mar 31), Varicella vaccines or accepted declinations
• TB test (one-step skin test, T-Spot, or Quantiferon within 12 months)
• Annual TB questionnaire within past 12 months
• Physical/Health statement within 12 months of assignment start
• Valid Driver’s License or State ID
• Drug screen (rapid 10 panel within 14 days of start date)
• Two professional references
• Criminal background check (7-year county search, SSN trace, national database within 30 days of start)
• Education verification (diploma/degree/transcript or third-party verification)
• Various professional and compliance checks within 30 days of start, including General Service Administration, National Sex Offender Registry, Office of Inspector General, System for Award Management
• Completion of core competencies, skills checklist, and unit exam relevant to the facility
