Registered Nurse – Urology Clinic (Travel/Contract)
Location: Medford, Oregon
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day (5x8 hours), 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Job Description
- Clinic RN role in a growing Urology Clinic.
- Must be highly skilled in catheter care, including repeated daily catheterization of males and females and suprapubic catheter changes.
- Patient diagnoses include prostate, bladder, kidney, testicular, penile cancers, incontinence, BPH, erectile dysfunction, renal calculus, voiding dysfunction, overactive bladder, urinary retention, male UTI, circumcision, and undescended testicles.
- Charting system: EPIC.
- No weekend or on-call requirements.
- No floating between units.
- Locals and first-time travelers accepted.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Oregon.
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
- Minimum 1 year of Med Surg experience within the last year.
- Highly rated catheter skills.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
