Pharmacist Inpatient - Travel/Contract Position

Location: Morganton, North Carolina
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

• Inpatient pharmacist role with a 7 on / 7 off schedule
• Four 10-hour day shifts per week (6:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
• Shift times may vary with early or late start times; schedule set by management
• Rotating weekends and holidays required
• Local candidates accepted at the same rate

Required Qualifications

• Valid Clinical Pharmacist license in North Carolina
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical pharmacist experience within the last year

Additional Requirements

• Passport-style photo for badge (shoulders up, light solid background)
• Completion of facility-specific forms including confidentiality statement, new hire information, personal commitment to culture, conflict of interest disclosure, demographics, and vehicle information prior to start
• Orientation safety manual acknowledgement (signed HIPAA form or core testing)
• Performance evaluations required if previously worked with the agency over 1 year
• Internal evaluation required if previously worked with the agency over 2 years

Schedule & Work Environment

• Flexible to work any shift within the 7 on / 7 off rotation
• Rotating weekends and holidays
• Four 10-hour shifts per week, with shift start/end times adjusted by management
