Physical Therapist - Scappoose, OR
Job Type
- Long-term contract
- Contract length: 26 weeks
Work Schedule
- Day shift (AM)
- 32 hours per week during holiday weeks
- 40 hours per week regular schedule
Location
- Scappoose, Oregon
Job Description
- Documentation must be completed directly with the therapy provider before starting the assignment.
- Equipment details will be provided during the interview.
- Parking information and dress code will be provided on the first day.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Oregon
Additional Information
- No on-call duties
- Overtime billed at 1.5x
- 30-day notice period before start
