Description

OT Home Health - Travel/Contract Position

Location: Moraine, Ohio
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

Full-time, Monday to Friday, day shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
No weekends required, but flexible scheduling allows weekend visits if desired
Weekly productivity expectation: 7 visits per day, 35 visits per week
Geographic coverage includes multiple areas around Cincinnati
Patient population: Adults and geriatrics
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system used: Home Care Home Base (training provided if needed)

Required Qualifications

Valid Occupational Therapist license in Ohio
Minimum 1 year of Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA accepted only)
