Physical Therapist - Home Health (Travel/Contract)

Location: Moraine, Ohio
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (5x8 hours)
Hours per Week: 40 hours

Job Description

• Full-time position with flexible scheduling; weekend visits optional if clinician chooses.
• Weekly productivity expectation: 7 patient visits per day, totaling 35 visits per week.
• Patient population includes adults and geriatrics.
• Geographic coverage includes multiple areas around Cincinnati, Ohio.
• Home Care Home Base EMR system used; training provided if candidate is unfamiliar with the system.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Ohio.
• Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapist experience, with experience within the last year.
• BLS certification.

Additional Requirements & Competencies

• Dysrhythmia/EKG competency exam is not required for this specialty.
• Fingerprinting is not required for this position.
• Respiratory safety clearance required within 1 year of start and must be renewed annually.
• Medical questionnaire for respiratory protection must be submitted prior to orientation.
• Annual health questionnaire required; must be updated annually for candidates with past positive TB.

Notes

• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position.
• No weekend work is required, but clinicians may choose to work weekends.
• Training on the EMR system will be provided if needed.
