Physical Therapist (PT) - Travel Position

Location: Hartsville, South Carolina
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Employment Type: Travel
Setting: Outpatient

Job Description

• Diagnose and treat individuals of all ages with medical or health-related conditions limiting movement and functional activities.
• Develop treatment plans to promote mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability.
• Provide fitness and wellness programs to prevent loss of mobility.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, ergonomics, restorative and rehabilitation therapy.
• Supervise physical therapy assistants and aides during treatment.
• Occasional weekend coverage for acute care evaluations approximately every 5 weeks.

Schedule

• Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM
• Approximately 40 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in South Carolina
• Minimum of 2 years of Physical Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
• Current BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association

Additional Notes

• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required.
• Experience with outpatient physical therapy preferred.
• Must be able to provide requested documentation and certifications as part of the application process.
