• Employment Type: Contract
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Days (Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Call: Up to 10 days per month
• Surgical Volume: Approximately 250 surgeries per month across 4 ORs
• Surgical Specialties: Orthopedics, General Surgery, Ophthalmology, Podiatry, Gynecology, Pain Management, Urology, Neurosurgery, Hand Surgery
• Technology: Experience with Da Vinci robotic system preferred
• Must be experienced and comfortable with Neurosurgery cases

Requirements

• Valid RN license in Arizona
• Minimum of 3 years of OR Circulator experience
• OR Circulator experience within the last year
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Neurosurgery experience
• Flu vaccine required (no exceptions)
• Must be located more than 100 miles from the facility (no permanent address within 100 miles)
• No more than 3 days off may be requested during the 13-week contract
• Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts during the assignment; guaranteed hours do not apply
• BLS/BCLS certification required
