Description

Physical Therapist - Home Health (Travel/Contract)

Location: Lebanon, Pennsylvania (primarily Western York and Adams Counties)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift, Monday-Friday, 8-hour days (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
Hours per Week: 40

Job Description

Provide physical therapy services in a home health setting, supporting patients primarily in York County and neighboring counties.
May care for COVID-19 patients.
Weekend rotation and holiday coverage as needed.
Mileage reimbursement available when mileage is submitted with work hours and supporting documentation.
Tobacco and fragrance-free facility environment.

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Pennsylvania.
Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapist experience.
Physical Therapist experience within the last year.
