Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - ER

Location: Wichita Falls, Texas
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Evening (3 or 4 shifts per week, 12 hours each, 1:00 PM to 1:00 AM)
Hours: 36 hours per week (alternating 36/48 hour schedule; facility schedules 84 hours biweekly with 72 hour guarantee)

Job Description

• Work in the Emergency Room (ER) setting.
• Schedule involves alternating 36 and 48-hour weeks.
• Facility guarantees a minimum of 72 hours biweekly.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas.
• Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Department (ED) experience within the last year.
• Completion of at least one travel nursing assignment.
• Current certifications required:

  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
  • TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
• Education: Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
