Job Opportunity: Occupational Therapist - Home Health
Location
- Tampa, Florida

- Contract Length: 13 weeks
Work Schedule
- Day shift, 5 days per week (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
- 40 hours per week
- 1-2 weekends per contract (flexible scheduling based on HomeCare office needs)
Job Description
- Provide skilled home health occupational therapy visits (6-8 visits per day)
- Patient population includes medical/surgical, cardiac, orthopedic (hips/knees/shoulders), post-surgical, COPD, CHF, pneumonia, stroke, falls, weakness, Parkinson’s, respiratory patients, neuro, tracheostomy care, trauma, amputees (AKA, BKA), and activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Documentation via electronic systems (laptop, MiFi, portable printers provided)
- Self-scheduling of visits and hours based on office needs
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in Florida
- Minimum 1 year of occupational therapy experience, including experience within the last year
- Experience in a Home Health setting
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA or RQI accepted)
