Emergency Room RN - Wyoming

Job Type

Location

Job Summary

  • Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within scope of practice.
  • Educate patients according to their needs.
  • Transcribe and implement physician orders and protocols.
  • Coordinate healthcare team and delegate tasks to ancillary personnel.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Wyoming.
  • Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Department (ED) experience, with ED experience within the last year.
  • Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Emergency Nurses Pediatric Course (ENPC) certification.

Experience

  • Minimum 0.1 years (approximately 1 month) nursing experience.
  • Prior Emergency Room experience is required.
  • Previous clinical nurse and hospital experience preferred.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization abilities.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Demonstrates ethical and legal accountability.

This position requires a nurse with solid ER experience and multiple certifications to provide high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced environment.
