Registered Nurse – Respiratory / Med-Surg (Night Shift)

Location: Zanesville, Ohio

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Work primarily on the Respiratory unit caring for patients, including those with COVID-19.
• Occasional floating to various Med-Surg units such as Wound Care, Stroke, Oncology, Cardiac, Observation, and ED/Med-Surg boarders.
• Night shift hours: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, 36 hours per week.
• Every other weekend required.
• No call requirement.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Ohio
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Minimum 3 years of recent Med-Surg and Telemetry nursing experience, including experience within the last year
• Stepdown nursing experience
• Current BLS certification
• Proficiency with Epic EMR system

Additional Information

• Facility may reduce up to 36 hours during the 13-week contract; these hours are not limited to 12-hour shifts.
• Start date is fixed (July 20th) unless the RN is a returning traveler within the last 9 months.
• All requested time off must be disclosed at submission and included in the contract confirmation to be honored.
• Compliance with contract terms (start/end dates, requested time off) is strictly enforced.

Schedule

• 36 hours per week, night shift (7 PM – 7:30 AM)
• Every other weekend required
• No call required
