Cath Lab Technician Position - Boston, Massachusetts
Job Details
- Position: Cath Lab Technician
- Location: Boston, MA
- Shift: Day shift (07:00 - 07:30)
- On-Call: One weekday call per week and one weekend call per month required
- Contract Length: 13 weeks (approximately 3 months)
- Employment Type: Long-term assignment (LTA)
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Cath Lab Radiology Technologist, with experience within the last year
- Certification as an ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
- Experience as a Cath Lab Technologist
Additional Information
- Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position.
- MA Conditional Licenses are not accepted.
- No religious or medical exemptions allowed for fit testing.
- Fit testing cannot be performed onsite; must be completed prior to start.
- Positive TB test requires documentation of a negative chest x-ray (optional but recommended).
This position is suitable for experienced Cath Lab Technicians holding ARRT certification, with required life support certifications and compliance with comprehensive health and background screening protocols. The role involves day shifts with scheduled on-call duties and a contract length of approximately 3 months.
