Description
Job Opportunity: Interventional Radiology Tech (Travel/Contract)
Location: Tampa, Florida
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Position Details
- Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology (Interventional Radiology)
- Shift: Day shift, 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts (7:30 AM - 6:00 PM)
- Caseload: 20-30 cases per day
- Facility Type: Short Term Acute Care
- Trauma Level: Level II Adult Trauma, Level I Pediatric Trauma
- Beds: 615 staffed beds
- Work Schedule: Weekend work required; On-call required 8-10 days/month with one Saturday per month
- On-call Response Time: 30 minutes to arrive at facility; on-call sleep rooms available
- Floating: Floating within scope to meet facility needs is required; no floating to sister facilities
- Dress Code: Scrubs in black or navy
- Charting System: Cerner EMR preferred
- Parking: Included
Required Qualifications
- Valid Interventional Radiology Technologist license in Florida
- Interventional Radiology Technologist (1 year of experience)
- Interventional Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ARRT
- Stents experience
- Ablations experience
- Angioplasty experience
- Angiograms experience
- Nephogram experience
- Kyphoplasty experience
- Peripherals experience
- Upper and lower extremity procedures experience
- Abdominal and pelvic procedures experience
- Vascular studies experience
