Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - ER

Location: Abilene, Texas
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day (3 shifts per week, 12 hours each, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
Hours per Week: 36

Required Licenses and Certifications

Registered Nurse license (Texas)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) - AHA accepted
TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
ENPC and/or PALS (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course / Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
CPR-BCLS (Basic Life Support)
NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas
Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Department (ED) experience within the last year
ACLS certification
TNCC certification
ENPC or PALS certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
NIHSS certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
