Job Opportunity: Speech-Language Pathologist (Outpatient) - Travel/Contract

Work Schedule

• Shift Options (traveler preference):

  • 4 days of 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM–5:00 PM two days, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM two days)
  • 5 days of 8-hour shifts (9:00 AM–5:30 PM)
• Hours per week: 40

Required Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in Wisconsin

Additional Requirements

• Photo for badge (passport-style, shoulders up, no filters)
• Completion of facility-specific compliance and confidentiality documents prior to start
• Competency exams and medication/pharmacology tests as applicable
• Color blindness test if working in dialysis/kidney center (not applicable for SLP)
• Flu vaccine exemption forms if applicable
• Skills checklist required annually

Notes

• Locals are accepted but at a lower rate
• Pending licenses accepted
• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position
