Job Opportunity: Interventional Radiology Tech

Location: Fayetteville, North Carolina
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift (4x10 hours, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Hours per Week: 40


Job Description

  • Position requires working in Interventional Radiology with day shifts, weekends, and call responsibilities.
  • Callouts for scheduled shifts must be made up as required by the department.
  • Floating within scope to meet facility needs and between like units is required.
  • Block scheduling accommodations are possible.
  • Locals are not accepted (50-mile radius rule from main campus).
  • First-time travelers are accepted.
  • Must have ARRT registration.
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of Interventional Radiology experience.
  • Must have Interventional Radiology experience specifically.
  • Return staff policy: must be gone for 1 year to return as a traveler.
  • System limits to 2 contracts (can extend once), then must be gone for 6 months before returning.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Interventional Radiology Technologist license in North Carolina
  • Minimum 2 years of Interventional Radiology Technologist experience, including experience within the last year

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
