Mammography Tech - Travel/Contract

Location: Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

• Shift: Day shift, 5 days a week, 8 hours per day (11:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
• Shift Flexibility: May accommodate 4 days of 10 hours instead of 5x8
• Call/Holidays: No call or holiday shifts required
• Weekend Requirement: Potential for 2 weekends per month

Required Qualifications

• Valid Mammography Technologist license in Wisconsin
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mammography Technologist, including experience within the last year
• ARRT certifications in Mammography (M) and Radiography (R)
• Experience with Epic electronic health record system

Background and Compliance

• 7-year background check required within 1 year of start, updated annually
• Professional references: 2 verified within 2 years of start
• Annual skills checklist required

Certifications (as applicable)

• BLS (Basic Life Support) - ARC or AHA accepted
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) - ARC or AHA accepted
• Other certifications (PALS, NRP, NIH Stroke Certification) may apply depending on role specifics

Health and Safety Requirements

• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Negative QGold TB test within 1 year (Chest X-Ray within 60 days if applicable)
• Immunization or positive titer proof for:

  • Rubeola (Measles)
  • Mumps
  • Rubella
  • Varicella
  • Hepatitis B (titer, series, or declination)
• Negative 10-panel drug screen with expanded opiates within 14 days before start (instant tests not accepted)
• Seasonal flu vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required during flu season (Oct-Mar)

Additional Requirements

• Photo for badge (passport-style, shoulders up, no filters)
• Confidentiality statement signed prior to start
• Compliance checklist completed by agency representative
