Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery
Job Details
- Specialty: Delivery Room (Labor & Delivery)
- Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Hours per Week: 36
- Contract Length: 8 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
- Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery nursing experience, including experience within the last year
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
Additional Requirements
- Must be available to work every other week (EOW)
- Successful completion of background check, drug screen, and various verifications including employment, education, and license
- Compliance with mandatory trainings and screenings such as:
- Color Vision Screening
- Competency Exam
- Core Mandatory Annual Training
- Fit Mask Test
- Hepatitis B vaccination
- MMR vaccination
- Tdap vaccine/record
- Varicella vaccination
- TB Screening
- Various regulatory and safety screenings including:
- FACIS 3M Screening
- FBI clearance from PA Dept. of Human Services
- National Sex Offender and Predator Register Search
- PA Child Abuse History Certification
- PA Medicheck
- OFAC Sanction
- OIG Sanction
- SAM Sanction
- PATCH
- Submission of references and resume
- Skills checklist and competency verification required
