• 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (36 hours/week)
• Weekend shifts required

Job Description

• Work as a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) in NICU with rotation through ICU, COVID units, ER, floor, nursery, and other acute care settings.
• Responsibilities include ventilator management, oxygen therapy, airway management, respiratory treatments, suctioning, arterial blood gases (ABGs), EKGs, and care during high-risk deliveries.
• May stabilize infants and provide ventilator support in a Level 2 nursery setting, including use of RAM cannula, Vapotherm, and heated nasal cannulas.
• Scrub color: Ceil blue and/or black.
• Must live within 100 miles of the facility.

Required Qualifications

• Certified Respiratory Therapist with at least 1 year of NICU experience within the last year.
• Pediatric Respiratory Therapist experience.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
