Registered Nurse (RN) - Long Term Care (LTC) - Nights

Job Description

• Provide nursing care under the supervision of department manager/director, charge nurse, or staff nurse/team leader.
• Assist staff nurses in treatment and care of patients following established hospital procedures.
• Deliver patient- and family-centered care, contributing positively to the patient and family experience.
• Adhere to a strict attendance policy: three absences or being more than 20 minutes late three times will result in immediate termination, except for documented communicable disease or hospitalization.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan
• Minimum 2 years of Nursing Home experience, including experience within the last year
• Experience in a Long Term Care (LTC) setting
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

• Local travel policy: candidates living within 35 miles of the facility are considered local travelers.
• Nonbillable initial hours and specific overtime/holiday/callback markups apply (not included here).
