Registered Nurse - PCU (Wichita Falls, TX) - Travel/Contract

Job Details

• Location: Wichita Falls, Texas
• Employment Type: Travel/Contract
• Shift: Night shift options

  • 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
  • 4 shifts per week, 12 hours each (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
• Hours: 36 hours per week
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: July 27 (preference for July 13)
• Floating: Must be agreeable to floating; primarily supports Medical-Surgical units
• Schedule Guarantee: 72 hours guaranteed within 84 hours biweekly

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas
• Minimum 1 year of Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience within the last year
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• ACLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• BLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Prior travel nursing experience

• E-Verify or attestation required
• Facility-specific documents and acknowledgments must be completed prior to start, including orientation and compliance forms
• All Return to Office (RTO) documentation must be submitted before accepting the offer

This position offers a night shift Registered Nurse role in a Progressive Care Unit setting with a 13-week travel contract in Texas. Candidates must have prior travel experience, meet licensure and certification requirements, and comply with comprehensive health and background screenings. Floating flexibility and Epic system experience are strongly preferred.
