- Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
- Rotating weekends
- 36 hours per week
Job Description
- Provide skilled nursing care in a 12-bed inpatient hospice facility
- Manage symptoms, pain, and provide respite care
- Support patients and families through end-of-life stages
- Collaborate with medical social services, counseling, spiritual support, hospice aides, and volunteers
- Assist with bereavement support and medication/equipment management as appropriate
Required Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Oregon RN license
- Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification
- Broad-based nursing experience preferred to support specialized hospice care
Preferred Qualifications
- BSN degree and/or previous home health, hospice, or case management experience
