Description

Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech) - Temporary Position

Location: Sioux City, Iowa
Shift: Days
Hours per Day: 12
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Overview

Provide professional and clinical radiologic technology services as part of an interdisciplinary team.
May be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
Work 36-40 hours per week with overtime billable after 40 hours.
Use EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) system.
Orientation sessions available on multiple upcoming dates.

Required Qualifications

Valid Radiology Technologist license in Iowa
Minimum 2 years of Radiology Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
Completion of at least one prior travel assignment as a Radiology Technologist
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
Valid driver’s license

Additional Details

New grad orientation (NBO) is 16 hours.
Overtime and holiday pay multiplier: 1.15x.
Call back pay multiplier: 1.5x with a minimum of 2 hours.
On-call pay available.
Charge/preceptor pay available.

Notes

This is a temporary assignment with day shifts of 12 hours each.
Floating within the same discipline may be required.
Prior travel experience is mandatory.
