Registered Nurse (RN) - Long Term Care (LTC) Travel Position

Location: Brunswick, Maine
Contract Length: 11 weeks
Employment Type: Travel

Position Details

• Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Weekly Hours: 36 hours
• Weekend Hours: Every other weekend, 36 hours
• Call Requirements: One weekend per month (Friday 3 PM to Monday 7 AM)
• Number of Openings: 1

Unit Information

• Unit Type: Long Term Care (LTC)
• Number of Beds: 42
• Patient Types: Post-surgery, CABG, orthopedic, respiratory (no ventilators)
• Patient Ratios:

  • Evenings (7 PM–11 PM): 3 nurses, 5.5 CNAs
  • Nights (11 PM–7 AM): 2 nurses, 4 CNAs
• Equipment Used: IV, EKG, bladder scanner
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Epic and American Data

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Maine
• Minimum 1 year of Nursing Home experience within the last year
• BLS certification
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
