X-Ray Technologist (Long-Term Assignment)
Location: Pontiac, Michigan
Shift: 11:00 AM – 9:30 PM, every other weekend
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Details
- Position: X-Ray Technologist
- Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
- Shift includes every other weekend coverage
Required Qualifications
- Radiology Technologist with at least 1 year of experience, including experience within the last year
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification issued by the American Heart Association required before start (attach front and back of card)
- Current and valid X-Ray Technologist license/certification with online verification dated within 30 days of start
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification required for submission
- Specialty-specific competency exam completed within the past year
Health and Safety Requirements
- COVID-19 vaccine proof required by September 2025 booster or valid declination/exemption letter (declination not accepted in CA or IL)
- MMR: Proof of two vaccinations or IgG titer lab report required
- Hepatitis B: Must have started vaccination series prior to start (1st shot before start, 2nd shot 30 days later, 3rd shot 6 months later); titers not accepted
- Influenza vaccine: Optional but recommended; proof or declination accepted (declination not accepted in CA or IL)
- 2-Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) test required; positive TB requires chest x-ray within last year for Michigan
- Varicella: Proof of one vaccination or IgG titer lab report required
- Tdap vaccine: Current, non-expired required; declination accepted if no pediatric interaction
- Fit test for respirator use required
- Physical/Health Statement: Documentation from exam within last year confirming fitness to work
- Drug Screen: 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start (no THC) with MRO signature
Professional and Compliance Requirements
- Criminal background check covering federal, nationwide, and county records for last 7 years, including SSN verification, dated within 30 days of start
- Education verification of highest academic degree or diploma/GED
- EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) and OIG (Office of Inspector General) checks dated within 30 days
- NSO (National Sex Offender) check dated within 30 days, including statewide check for Michigan
- Signed confidentiality, conflict of interest, code of conduct, integrity and audit services, and system access forms required before start
- Trinity profile submission including resume, skills checklist (within one year), and two professional references
- Joint Commission CORE exam within the past year
- Specialty skills checklist provided by agency for clinical contractors

- All required documentation and verifications must be uploaded to the credentialing system prior to or at onboarding as specified
- This position requires compliance with all health, safety, and professional standards as outlined above to begin assignment
