Job Opportunity: RRT-NICU (Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics)

Location: Richland, Washington
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

Shift: Night shift, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM)
Hours per week: 36
Position requires floating between internal units/departments; flexibility is essential
Weekend work required every other weekend per collective bargaining agreement (CBA)
No on-call duties required
No block schedules required
Patient ratios vary based on campus acuity
Orientation: Reduced Non-Billable Orientation (0 hours vs. standard 40 hours)

Required Qualifications

Certified Respiratory Therapist with NICU experience within the last year (minimum 1 year)
Competency in nitric oxide ventilation
Competency in jet ventilation
Competency in oscillator ventilation
General Respiratory Therapist experience

Additional Notes

This is an auto first-timer position for Washington licensed RRT NICU therapists
48-hour workweek approval is not granted

This role is suited for experienced respiratory therapists with specialized NICU skills seeking a travel contract in Washington state.
