Job Opportunity: Mammography Tech

Location: Midland, Texas
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Schedule

• Day shift, Monday through Friday
• Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
• Occasional extended hours until 7:00 PM (1-2 times per month)
• Possible Saturday coverage from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
• No on-call required

Required Qualifications

• Valid Mammography Technologist license in Texas
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mammography Technologist
• Mammography Technologist experience within the last year

Compliance and Documentation

• Government-issued photo ID required
• E-Verify or attestation required
• Confidentiality and security agreement to be reviewed and signed prior to start
• Drug screening and blood testing consent form to be signed prior to start
• TB questionnaire required regardless of TB status
• Facility-specific compliance checklist and orientation documents to be completed prior to start
• References: 2 required within 3 years of start
• Resume or employment application copy required
• Skills checklist updated annually
• State-specific background checks and employability status checks required within 30 days prior to start

Competencies

• Medication/pharmacology competency exam as applicable
• Age-specific competency exam within 1 year of start

Additional Notes

• Candidate must be prepared to complete all required documentation and certifications within specified timeframes, especially time-sensitive requirements within 72 hours of contract signing.
• This position does not require call duties.
• Prior travel experience is preferred but not mandatory.
