Job Opportunity: Ultrasound Tech - General

Location: Fishersville, Virginia
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Work Schedule

• Four 10-hour day shifts per week (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
• Rotating weekend day off
• On-call rotation approximately every 6th or 7th Saturday night (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Weekend call required approximately every 5-6 weeks
• Holiday work expectations: If one holiday falls during assignment, expect to work it; if two holidays, expect to work one; if three holidays, expect to work two

Required Qualifications

• Ultrasound Technologist with at least 1 year of experience
• Recent Ultrasound Technologist experience within the last year

Background and Compliance

• 7-year criminal background check within 30 days of start, including SSN trace and sex offender registry
• EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks required within 30 days of start
• Facility-specific documents and policies must be reviewed, signed, and acknowledged prior to start (e.g., confidentiality agreement, standards of appearance, social media policy, dress code, masking requirements)
• Completion of facility-specific forms including medical and work history, workplace wellness consent, patient care disclosure, and compliance acknowledgements

• Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology (Ultrasound Tech)
