Registered Nurse - Hospice (Travel)

Rockport, Maine

Schedule & Hours

7 days on, 7 days off
Shift hours: 5:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Total hours per week: 36

Job Responsibilities

Provide hospice care during after-hours shifts
Triage after-hours calls and collaborate with inpatient hospice team
Complete after-hours admissions and patient visits
Conduct “check-in” calls with patients admitted during daytime hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Maine
Minimum 2 years of hospice nursing experience, including experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Additional Information

This role involves on-call hospice nursing responsibilities during the scheduled shifts
