Respiratory Therapist (Registered Respiratory Therapist - RRT) - Night Shift

Location: Glens Falls, New York
Employment Type: Temporary
Shift: Nights
Hours per Day: 12
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Perform cardio-pulmonary evaluation, respiratory care, life support, and education for patients, families, and the public.
Provide respiratory care to inpatients and outpatients of all ages with cardiopulmonary deficiencies or abnormalities.
Follow established protocols or physician prescriptions.
Duties may be performed in all hospital areas.

Required Qualifications

Valid Respiratory Therapist license in New York
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential (NBRC RRT required)
Minimum of 1 year of Respiratory Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), PALS
Experience working with neonate patients
Experience with Epic electronic health record system
