Pharmacist Outpatient - Travel/Contract Position

Location: Buckeye, West Virginia
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Work in a retail pharmacy setting handling outpatient prescriptions (~4000 per month)
• Supported by multiple pharmacy technicians
• Shift: Day shift, 4 days per week, 10 hours per day (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
• Total hours per week: 40

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of ambulatory pharmacist experience, including experience within the last year
• Pharmacist experience in an outpatient or ambulatory care setting

Background and Verification Requirements

• 7-year criminal background check covering all locations lived/worked in past 7 years
• EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks required within 30 days of start and updated with contract renewals
• Education verification upon client request (highest degree earned)
• Professional references:

  • 2 references within 2 years required for travel positions
• Complete employment application/resume required
• Performance evaluations required if previously worked with the organization over 1 year
