Registered Nurse (RN) – Cath Lab (Days)
Location: Lawton, Oklahoma
Employment Type: Temporary
Shift: Day shift, 8 hours per day
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Work in a complete Cath Lab providing cardiac and peripheral services including:
- Left and Right Heart Catheterization
- PTCA, Stenting, Thrombectomy, Atherectomy
- Carotid diagnostic and stenting
- Peripheral diagnostic and interventional procedures
- Pacemaker insertion, Tilt Table Test, Kyphoplasty
- AV graft diagnostic, stent, and thrombectomy
- Proficient monitoring of patients using devices such as Philips Laser System, IVUS, OCT, coronary and peripheral atherectomy devices
- Monitor LEXISCAN Stress Test
- Use Siemens Artis Zee C-arms and McKesson CPACS, Cardiology, and Hemodynamic Systems
- Rotate call during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Assist with pre- and post-procedure care, patient transport, and other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oklahoma
- Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience, including experience within the last year
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- ACLS certification
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Additional Information
- Recent travel experience preferred but not required
- On-call rotation includes paid call hours with a minimum of 1 hour per call
- Local candidates within 50 miles may be considered at a reduced rate
- Orientation for nursing travelers starts on Thursdays

This role is ideal for an experienced Cath Lab RN with at least 2 years of specialty experience, comfortable with advanced cardiac and peripheral procedures, and willing to work day shifts with rotating on-call responsibilities.
