Registered Nurse (RN) - PCU
Location: Ann Arbor, Michigan
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Summary
Seeking a Registered Nurse for the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) to provide direct patient care during the night shift.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Michigan
- Minimum of 1 year of Stepdown (Progressive Care Unit) experience within the last year
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Onboarding and Compliance Requirements
- License and certification verifications must be uploaded with machine-generated date within 30 days of start.
- Specialty-specific competency testing completed within the last year.
- Criminal background check (federal, nationwide, county) covering last 7 years, including SSN verification, dated within 30 days of start.
- Education verification of highest academic degree or diploma.
- Various professional forms and agreements including:
- Code of Conduct
- I9 verification
- Confidentiality and system security agreement
- Conflict of Interest Disclosure
- Integrity and Audit Services form
- Criminal background and exclusion screenings (EPLS, OIG, NSO) within 30 days of start.
- System access form completed and uploaded one week before start.
- Joint Commission CORE exam within the last year.
- Skills checklist provided by agency for clinical contractors.
Additional Notes
- All required documents and certifications must be scanned and uploaded to the credentialing system prior to or at onboarding.
- The position requires working night shifts in a progressive care setting.
