Pediatric Stepdown Registered Nurse (Travel/Contract)
Location: New Haven, Connecticut
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Shift: Night (3 shifts per week, 12 hours each, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Overview
- Pediatric Stepdown unit nursing position
- Average nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:4
- Weekend work required every other weekend
- Floating to other units may be required
- Guaranteed hours

Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Connecticut
- Minimum 2 years of Pediatric PCU (Progressive Care Unit) experience, with at least some experience within the last year
- Stepdown nursing experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
