OB/GYN Registered Nurse - Travel/Contract
Location: Richland, Washington
Assignment Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (5 days a week, 8 hours per day)
Hours per Week: 40 hours
Job Description
- Provide nursing care in an OB/GYN outpatient clinic setting.
- Manage obstetric emergencies such as placenta previa, ectopic pregnancy, and pregnancy-induced hypertension (including gestational hypertension and preeclampsia).
- Triage patient calls appropriately, including over the phone.
- Respond to inquiries via EPIC electronic health record system and voice messages.
- Perform clinic duties related to maternity and gynecological care.
- Labor & Delivery (L&D) experience is acceptable in lieu of OB/GYN outpatient experience.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State.
- Minimum 2 years of OB/GYN nursing experience, including experience within the last year.
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
- Experience with EPIC electronic health record system.
Additional Information
- Weekends and call are not required.
- Local candidates are accepted.
- Must provide all Return to Office (RTO) restrictions at time of submission.
- Guaranteed 40 hours per week.
- Start date: ASAP.
