Description

OB/GYN Registered Nurse - Travel/Contract

Location: Richland, Washington
Assignment Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (5 days a week, 8 hours per day)
Hours per Week: 40 hours


Job Description

  • Provide nursing care in an OB/GYN outpatient clinic setting.
  • Manage obstetric emergencies such as placenta previa, ectopic pregnancy, and pregnancy-induced hypertension (including gestational hypertension and preeclampsia).
  • Triage patient calls appropriately, including over the phone.
  • Respond to inquiries via EPIC electronic health record system and voice messages.
  • Perform clinic duties related to maternity and gynecological care.
  • Labor & Delivery (L&D) experience is acceptable in lieu of OB/GYN outpatient experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State.
  • Minimum 2 years of OB/GYN nursing experience, including experience within the last year.
  • Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
  • Experience with EPIC electronic health record system.

Additional Information

  • Weekends and call are not required.
  • Local candidates are accepted.
  • Must provide all Return to Office (RTO) restrictions at time of submission.
  • Guaranteed 40 hours per week.
  • Start date: ASAP.
