Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room (OR) - Circulate (Days)
Location: Pontiac, Michigan
Employment Type: Temporary

Job Description
- Deliver quality nursing care using the nursing process.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to maintain professional nursing standards.
- Perform duties according to medical center policies, mission, and regulatory guidelines.
- Work primarily in the Operating Room as a circulating nurse.
- Surgical services cover a full spectrum of procedures except open-heart surgery.
- Operate in a facility with 7 operating suites.
- Use Paragon EMR system.
- Hospital provides scrubs as dress code.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan.
- Minimum 2 years of Operating Room circulating nurse experience, including experience within the last year.
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
- Experience in Orthopedics, Obstetrics/Gynecology (OB/GYN), Urology, and Neurology.
Preferred Qualifications
- Trauma Level II experience is preferred but not required.

- Physical copies of certifications only required if specifically listed.
- Full-time employees of the facility are not eligible for contract hire within six months of employment.
- Local travel policy: candidates living within 35 miles of the facility are considered local travelers.
- Nonbillable initial hours and specific pay markups apply (not included here).
- The surgical department is highly trained in state-of-the-art technology and committed to superior patient care.
