Job Opportunity: Home Health & Hospice RN

Location: St Johnsbury, Vermont
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 12 weeks
Shift: Days, Monday to Friday, with possible weekend shifts
Hours per Week: 36

Job Description

Provide a full range of professional nursing services to clients of all ages, including admission, evaluation, and care plan development.
Collaborate with a team of homecare professionals and paraprofessionals to deliver coordinated care.
Serve clients in Caledonia and southern Essex counties.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Vermont
Minimum of 1 year of home health nursing experience within the last year
Hospice nursing experience
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
