Job Description

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) required
Shared housing available (no guests or pets allowed)
Must have own transportation
Flu vaccine required

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Massachusetts
Minimum of 1 year of Registered Respiratory Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Additional Information

If moving into shared housing, a housing agreement is required
Positive TB test requires documentation of a negative chest x-ray after the positive test
Name change documentation required if legal name differs from credential or profile names

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
