Registered Nurse (RN) ICU – Long-Term Assignment
Location: Maywood, Illinois
Unit: Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU), 4NW
Shift: Day shift, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Hours: 36 hours per week, every third weekend
Contract Length: 12 weeks
Job Description
- Provide nursing care in a Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) setting.
- Work a consistent day shift schedule.
- Patient care requires current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS).
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois.
- Minimum 1 year of Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) nursing experience within the last year.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.
- Enrollment in or completion of the Excluded Parties List System (EPLS) screening.
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).

- License and certification verifications must be dated within 30 days of start.
- All required documentation and certifications must be uploaded to the credentialing system prior to onboarding.
- The position requires adherence to confidentiality and patient information security policies.
