Description
Registered Nurse (RN) ICU – Day Shift
Location: Maywood, Illinois
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 12 weeks
Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Unit: Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) – 4NW
Hours: 36 hours/week, every third weekend
Job Description
- Provide direct patient care in a Medical ICU setting.
- Work day shift from 7 AM to 7:30 PM.
- Schedule includes 36 hours per week with every third weekend required.
Required Qualifications
Licensure & Certifications
- Valid RN license in Illinois.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU).
- MICU experience must be within the last year.
Education
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
