Interventional Radiology Tech
Job Overview
- Specialty: Neuro Interventional Radiology / Neuro
- Location: Charleston, South Carolina
- Employment Type: Travel/Contract
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Day shift, 4x10 hours, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
- Start Timing: Approximately 2–3 weeks after offer
- Caseload: 4–5 patients per tech daily
Schedule Expectations
- On-call required every 5th weekend and one night per week
- Must be within 30 minutes of the facility while on call
- No floating to other facilities or outside scope
Required Qualifications
- Valid Interventional Radiology Technologist license in South Carolina
- Interventional Radiology Technologist (2 years of experience)
- Interventional Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- ARRT (R)
Additional Notes
- First-time travelers are accepted
- Locals may be considered on a case-by-case basis
- Facility provides scrubs
- Epic is used for charting
- All requested time off must be submitted with the application
- Hurricane season may require assignment to emergency response teams
