Cath Lab Registered Nurse

Overview

Location: Mountain Home, Arkansas
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Shift: Day, 4x10 hours
Hours per week: 40
Call: Required, 9–10 days per month
Contract length: 13 weeks

Role Summary

Provide direct patient care in the Cardiac Cath Lab.
Administer medications and perform sterilization techniques.
Assist the physician with cardiovascular studies/interventions and special procedure studies/interventions.
Serve as the patient advocate during procedures.

Required Qualifications

Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Valid RN license in Arkansas
Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Preferred Qualifications

BSN or MSN

Additional Notes

This position is designated as safety sensitive under Arkansas law.

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
