Medical Surgical RN Travel Contract
Overview
- Location: Bristol, Tennessee

Work Expectations
- 1:7 patient ratio
- Every other weekend and rotating holidays
- No call
- Floating to other units is required
- First-time travelers are accepted
- Permanent residence must be 100 miles or more from the hospital service area
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Tennessee
- Med Surg (2 years of experience)
- Med Surg experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Additional Notes
- 16 hours of nonbillable orientation
- General orientation begins on Sundays
- One shift may be canceled or called off biweekly without financial penalty if census decreases
- Additional shifts above the work commitment may be flexed as needed based on census or resource needs
