X-Ray Tech
Job Overview

- Shift: Day, 3x12-hour shifts
- Hours: 36 hours per week
- Contract Length: 22 weeks
- Schedule Note: Must work through winter holidays and end on 1/4/2027
Required Qualifications
- Valid Radiology Technologist license in West Virginia
- Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
- 1 year of Radiology Technologist experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
Required Certifications
- ACLS
- BLS
- PALS
- NRP
- TNCC
Required Health / Compliance Items
- Background checks, including a 7-year criminal check and checks for all locations lived/worked in the past 7 years
- EPLS/GSA/SAM check
- HHS/OIG check
- Physical exam
- Fit mask / onsite fit testing
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap within 10 years of start
- TB screening or chest X-ray
- Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, hepatitis B, hepatitis A, hepatitis C, COVID-19, and flu documentation/vaccination requirements
- Drug screening
- HIPAA-related onboarding and facility-specific forms
- Orientation and annual education attestation
- Confidentiality agreement
- User ID and IT access agreement
- MyADP account creation before start
Additional Notes
- Flu and vaccine exemption forms may be required if requesting an exemption
- N95 fit test is completed onsite at orientation
- Candidate must be clean shaven for the respiratory fit test if applicable
- Modules assigned before start must be completed within one week of start
