Registered Nurse (RN) - Wound Care (Days)
Location: Sioux City, Iowa
Employment Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Provide professional and clinical nursing care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- May be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
- Work schedule: Days, 8 hours per day.
- Weekly hours: 36-40 hours with billable overtime after 40 hours.
- Orientation scheduled for August 3–4 and August 17–18.
- Electronic Medical Record system used: EPIC.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Iowa.
- Minimum of 1 year of wound care experience, including experience within the last year.
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
- Valid driver’s license.
Additional Information
- Night Bonus (NBO): 16 hours.
- Overtime/Holiday pay multiplier: 1.15x.
- Call back pay multiplier: 1.5x with a minimum 2-hour call back.
- On-call pay: $9/hr.
- Charge/Preceptor pay: $6/hr.
Note: This position is for a wound care RN working day shifts in a trauma center setting.
